X-Particles 3.5 Users:
You’ll need to use the serial number provided when you purchased X-Particles 3.5.

- For all new users of X-Particles 3.5 and Unlocked licenses your license is ‘floating’ (Unlocked) and will already work in Cinema 4D R18.
- For all X-Particles 3.5 Locked users, your license will automatically associate your new R18 serial with your X-Particles license.
A service update to X-Particles 3.5 will be released shortly after Cinema 4D R18 becomes available, please ensure your X-Particles Updater is enabled or that you monitor news and social media for the announcement.
X-Particles 2.5 Users:
Unfortunately, the latest version of Cinema 4D R17 (17.053) introduced a problem with X-Particles caching that prevents it from working. As INSYDIUM is now deep into the development of X-Particles 4 they will be issuing no more updates for X-Particles 2.5. X-Particles 2.5 is not compatible with Cinema 4D R18 and no serial numbers will be issued.
