Apr 02, 2016 Here's my personal apology - unique Saints Row IV patcher for cracked versions of Saints Row IV! It gives you access to all released DLCs and makes your game compatible with mods! I tested it with Skidrow crack only but I'm doing my best to get it working with all other Torrent cracks.

This is what worked FOR ME.
1. Open the steamemu ini file and change the directory to the install directory. Then get rid of the # in front of that line.
2. Run Start.Exe as Administrator (right click, run as admin)
No idea about the missing DLL. I had no such error. Someone said to install the newest 2012 Visual C++ runtime files. Try that.
Game opened fine, intro movie played, and then the first mission started. I saved the game and exited the game. I went back into the game and my save was still there. I'm currently playing further into the mission and will try saving again.
Currently this WORKS, FOR ME. Make sure you have the dll thing taken care of and that you did the directory thing. Try installing the game outside your program files directory. I did C:GamesSaints Row IV. It's quite possible there is some kind of permissions problem when you install it inside Programs file (x86).
I'll come back once I've played further and let everyone know how it goes. Remember that just because YOU can't get it to work, does not mean it doesn't work. This is using an established SteamEmu workaround and considering SRIV is essentially an expansion of SRIII, it would make sense that they didn't put much effort into upping the DRM or anything.
