and no i tried to reinstall it but the download wouldn't start all it would say was 'installing' but it didn't

p.s. i have a language bar and all it has is UK and US but i use the US but it switches to UK, what do i do to keep it on US?

Hi,

Are you getting any error with the install?

You might want to see this thread and follow the steps listed in the reply marked as Answered.

Also, about the language bar. Is this also with Steam or gaming, or is it part of something totally different. My assumption as to why that would be happening is that you probably are in in UK and have a UK specific IP address.

The language bar is on my computer and i'm in Australia, and now it's worse it's stuck on UK and when i go on US it's still on UK.

The only error when i tried to install it before was that it wouldn't actually download it would say it was but it didn't and when i pressed cancel it said it was rolling back what it had downloaded, but it would keep on saying that and i couldn't exit it.

If your keyboard switches languages/countries, it may be because you're hitting Ctrl+Shift. I was experiencing this a lot. You can also delete UK I believe, so you no longer have this problem.
