So my American Audio VMS2 controller came int he mail the other day and today I finally got around to trying to download the .tsi file and getting it all ready to work in Traktor. Effects, equalizer, upfader and crossfader, pitch bend, looping, and hot cue buttons all seem to work fine, BUT my jog wheels and headphones don't seem to work

The headphones have no sound coming out when switched all the way over to the track being cue'd up (if i switch the cue mix knob over to the master output it plays the track on my main speakers just fine).
The jog wheels do not have any function or control over the track or scratching, but it makes communication with traktor (when the jog wheel is moved the ctrl light at the top of traktor lights up).

So in general, I don't seem to have a hardware problem, but I have no idea how to fix this old mapping to work with traktor. Guy with similar issue, but i have no idea how to map thru traktor so didn't really help me solve the issue: http://forum.djtechtools.com/showthread.php?t=55565

I'm open to using other mappings, but the above two are the only ones i could find on the web.
ALSO~ when my tracks are playing the levels are staying very low (like first green LED at around -40) I don't get why this is happening either, but some help would be nice. I know you should never be in the red, but being this far down in the green is kind of questionable too...
